The individual LED spotlights can now be directed to suit the requirements of the operation
site before the device is switched on by actuating the switch on the front of the device.
Switch position "0"
The RESCUE LIGHT is off. No electrical power from the power source flows to the four LED
spotlights. The switch must be set to this position when the work with the RESCUE LIGHT
has ended.
Switch position "I"
If the switch is set to the "I" position, the top two LED spotlights are supplied with electrical
power and illuminate with full power. In this position, a 28V 5.0 Ah rechargeable battery
will provide ca. 70-80 minutes of light. A 18V 6.0 Ah battery will provide ca. 50-60 minutes.
Switch position "II"
If the switch is set to the "II" position, all 4 LED spotlights are supplied with electrical power
and illuminate with full power. In this position, a 28v 5.0 Ah rechargeable battery will provide
ca. 35-40 minutes of light. A 18V 6.0 Ah battery will provide ca. 25-30 minutes.
When the work with the RESCUE LIGHT has ended, the switch must be set back
to the "0" position, the feet folded back in again and all four spotlights aligned flush
with the front side. The power source need not be unplugged and can remain on the device.
