OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Caution
Always disconnect the plug from the mains outlet prior to mounting or removing
accessories! Prior to using a new unit, wipe the surface with a wet cloth and wash the
removable accessories in warm water for hygienic reasons.
Never use different extensions simultaneously!
Whipping whisks and kneading blades
The whipping whisks are designed to whip foam, cream, yolks, prepare toppings or
thin dough for omelettes and pancakes.
The kneading blades are designed to prepare batter, gingerbread or yeast dough,
etc.
The maximum time of continuous operation (KB) is 5 minutes for speeds 1-5, for
TURBO 1 minute. Let the unit cool down for at least 15 minutes afterwards (Fig. 1).
1. Insert the whipping whisks or kneading blades in the holes in the lower part of
the unit and turn them slightly to fix them properly.
WARNING! Insert the kneading blade with the ring into the larger hole!
2. Unwind the entire supply cable. Make sure it does not touch any close sources of
heat. Insert the plug into the socket.
3. Hold the body with one hand and the whipping/kneading container with the
other.
4. Select the required speed, put the unit in the food container. You may increase
the motor rotation speed to the maximum for a short time using the Turbo
button.
5. Switch off the unit after whipping/kneading. Disconnect the cable from the
socket.
6. Release the whipping whisks or kneading blades using the extension release
button, and rinse them immediately with running warm water.
Rod extension
The rod extension (Fig. 2) is designed for the preparation of sauces, toppings, soups,
mayonnaise, baby food, mixed drinks and milkshakes.
Maximum time of continuous operation (KB) is 30 seconds for speeds 1-3 (do not use
a higher speed), and let the unit cool down for at least 15 minutes. Use TURBO speed
for only a couple of seconds.
Note: Do not use the rod extension on food with a temperature higher than 80°C!
1. Insert the food in the mixing container, or another higher kitchen vessel.
2. Remove the cover in the rear part of the unit. Mount the body of the unit on the
rod extension axis, and lock by turning. Respect the symbols used.
3. Unwind the entire supply cable. Make sure it does not touch any close sources of
heat. Insert the plug into the socket.
