Disassembling the Mockmill
Turn off the KitchenAid stand mixer.
Remove the hopper and the run-off plate from the Mockmill.
Detach the Mockmill from the KitchenAid stand mixer.

Picture A: Turn the dial beyond the „coarse" setting until you feel
resistance. Then turn some more. Now the dial is removable.
Picture B: Take off the dial.

Picture C & D: Place the crankshaft side of the Mockmill on a solid surface
(see picture). Hold onto the outer casing approximately where the text is
located and, using your thumbs, press against the grey side with the
springs. Simultaneously, pull the outer casing towards you. Remove the
casing completely.
