The Mockmill is used in conjunction with an electrical device which should
always be under supervision when in use. The Mockmill attachment should
not be operated by children and should be out of reach of children during
operation.
The Mockmill should only be used when the hopper is attached.
Warning: Keep fingers out of the hopper and the grinding stones as severe
damage can occur. Never place foreign objects (spoons, screw drivers etc.) in
the hopper opening as this can damage the stones. Before use, check hopper
for presence of foreign objects.
Never place the Mockmill in water or other liquids. When completely
assembled, it is permitted to wipe the outside of the Mockmill with a moist
cloth. No water should enter the Mockmill. The grinding stones should NEVER
be cleaned using a moist cloth or water! (see chapter: Cleaning the
Mockmill)
Be sure to follow the safety instructions for the KitchenAid stand mixer
when using the Mockmill. The KitchenAid safety instructions can be
found in your KitchenAid instruction booklet.
Note: Do not grind more than 8 lbs. of flour at one time.
After grinding 8 lbs. of flour, allow the KitchenAid mixer to cool at least
45 minutes before using it again.
