15. Fächern Sie die Adern entsprechend den
Farbmarkierungen auf dem Anschlußblock
des Modular Outlet auf.
Drehen Sie die Verdrillung der Adern nicht
weiter auf, als für den Anschluß unbedingt
erforderlich!
16. Kürzen Sie die beiden mittleren
Adernpaare so, daß alle Adern auf einer
Linie enden.
15. Fan out the wires according to the color
markings on the terminal block of the
Modular Outlet.
Do not untwist the twisting of the wires
more than absolutely necessary for the
terminal!
16. Shorten the two middle wire pairs so that
all the wires end on the same line.
21. Richten Sie das Kabel aus, so daß das
Schirmgeflecht zentriert im mittleren
Abschnitt der Schirmschelle aufliegt.
22. Klappen sie das Oberteil herunter.
21. Adjust the cable so that the stripped shield
is centered in the middle section of the
shield clip.
22. Close the cover.
Hinweise:
Die Schneidklemm-Kontakte des IE FC RJ45 Modular Outlet
können bis zu 10 Mal gelöst und neu kontaktiert werden.
Kontaktierte Leitungsenden dürfen nicht nochmals kontaktiert
werden sondern müssen abgeschnitten werden.
Betreiben Sie das Power Insert nur unter folgenden Bedingungen:
• an Kleinspannungen SELV, PELV nach IEC 60364-4-41
• in USA/CAN an Stromversorgungen nach NEC class 2
• in USA/CAN muß die Verkabelung die Anforderungen des
NEC/CEC erfüllen
• Strombelastung maximal 0,5 A.

17. Führen Sie die Adern passend zu den
Farbmarkierungen, paarweise bis zum
Anschlag an der Rückwand in die
Aderkanäle der Schneidklemmen ein.
18. Die Aderenden müssen im letzten
Sichtfenster des Klemmblocks sichtbar
sein!
17. Pairwise, insert the wires to the end stop
on the rear panel through the wire slots of
the insulation piercing connecting devices.
18. The ends of the wires have to be visible in
the inspection window of the clip block!
23. Ziehen Sie die beiden Deckelschrauben
fest.
24. Drehen Sie die Insertschraube fest, bis
das Insert mit dem Outletgehäuse
schließt.
23. Tighten both cover screws.
24. Tighten the insert screw until the insert
locks into the outlet housing.

Notes:
The piercing contacts of the IE FC RJ45 Modular Outlet can be
released and recontacted up to 10 times.
Cable ends that have already been pierced must not be used again
but must be cut off.
Only operate the Power Insert under the following conditions:·
• extra-low voltage SELV, PELV according to IEC 60364-4-41
• in USA/CAN use a Class 2 power source as defined by the
National Electric Code (NEC/CEC)
• in USA/CAN wiring shall be installed in accordance with
the current NEC/CEC requirements
• Maximum current load 0.5 A.

19. Klemmen Sie die platzierten Adern fest,
indem Sie die Anschlußklemmen bis zum
Anschlag herunterdrücken.
20. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, bis alle 4
Adernpaare angeschlossen sind.
19. Clip the placed wires firmly, ensuring that
the terminals are pressed down to the end
stop.
20. Repeat the process until all 4 wire pairs
have been connected.

25. Schnappen Sie das Outlet auf eine
Standardhutschiene oder schrauben Sie
es mit Hilfe der 3 Gehäusebohrungen auf
eine ebene Fläche.
25. Snap the outlet to a DIN rail or screw it to
a flat surface via the 3 bore holes in the
housing.
