Montage an / assembly with IE Hybridcable 2x2 + 4x0,34

1. Drehen Sie die Verriegelungsschraube des
Inserts heraus.
2. Ziehen sie das Insert bis zum Anschlag
vor.
1. Unscrew the locking screw in the insert.
2. Pull the insert forward to the limit stop.

6. Setzen Sie den Mantel des IE Hybridcable
2x2 + 4x0,34 ca. 55 mm lang ab.
7. Kürzen Sie den Schirm der Datenadern
auf ca. 5 bis max. 20 mm.
8. Schneiden Sie alle Blindadern ab.
9. Fächern Sie die Adern entsprechend den
Farbangaben im obigen Bild auf.
10. Schneiden Sie alle Adern bei einer Länge
von 48 mm ab dem Kabelmantel auf einer
geraden Linie ab.
6. Remove about 55 mm of housing of the IE
hybrid cable 2x2 + 4x0,34.
7. Shorten the shield of the data wire to
about 5 to 20 mm.
8. Cut off all dummy cords.
9. Fan out the wires according to the color
designations in the picture above.
10. Shorten all the wires to a length of 48 mm
above the cable shield so that all the wires
end on the same line.

Deckelschrauben.
3. Unscrew the two accessible cover screws.

11. Führen Sie die Adern entsprechend den
Farbangaben im Bild links, paarweise in
die Aderkanäle der Schneidklemmen ein.
Die Farbmarkierungen auf dem Anschluß-
block des Modular Outlet sind für das
Hybridkabel ohne Bedeutung!
12. Die Aderenden müssen im letzten
Sichtfenster des Klemmblocks sichtbar
sein und an der Rückwand des
Klemmenblocks anstoßen!
11. Pairwise, insert the wires according to the
picture through the wire slots of the
insulation piercing terminals.
Color designations on the terminal block
of the modular outlet are irrelevant to the
hybrid cable!
12. The ends of the wires have to be visible in
the last inspection window in the casing
and have to touch the rear panel of the
terminal block!

4. Klappen Sie das Oberteil des IE FC RJ45
Modular Outlet hoch.
5. Klappen Sie die 4 Anschlußklemmen des
Anschlußblockes hoch.
4. Lift up the top of the IE FC RJ45 Modular
Outlet.
5. Lift up the 4 terminals of the terminal block.
13. Klemmen Sie die platzierten Adern fest,
indem Sie die Anschlußklemmen bis zum
Anschlag herunterdrücken.
14. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, bis alle 4
Adernpaare angeschlossen sind.
13. Clip the placed wires firmly, ensuring that
the terminals are pressed down to the limit
stop.
14. Repeat the process until all 4 pairs of
wires have been connected.
