1. Drehen Sie die Verriegelungsschraube
des Inserts heraus.
2. Ziehen sie das Insert bis zum Anschlag
vor.
1. Unscrew the interlocking screw of the
insert.
2. Pull the insert forward to the end stop.

6. Verwenden Sie im Abisolierwerkzeug die
grüne Messerkassette 6GK1901-1GB01
(5,1 mm Messerabstand)!
7. Justieren Sie bei Bedarf die Schnitttiefe der
Messerkassette mit den Inbusschrauben
am Kopfende des Werkzeugs!
6. Use the green knife cassette
6GK1901-1GB01 (5.1 mm knife clearance)
in the stripping tool.
7. Adjust the cutting depth of the knife
cassette as desired, using the socket
screw at the top end of the tool.
12. Drehen Sie das Abisolierwerkzeug zum
Abisolieren der Leitung bei
-PVC-Isolierung ca. 4 mal, bei
-PUR-Isolierung ca. 8 mal
in Pfeilrichtung.
12. To strip the insulation, turn the tool in the
direction of the arrow
- approx. 4 times for PVC insulation,
- approx, 8 times for PUR insulation.

3. Lösen Sie die beiden jetzt zugänglichen
Deckelschrauben.
3. Unscrew the two accessible cover screws.

8. Nehmen Sie das Abisolierwerkzeug in die
rechte Hand.
9. Messen Sie die Leitungslänge durch
Anlegen der Leitung an das
Abisolierwerkzeug ab.
Benutzen Sie den Zeigefinger der linken
Hand als Anschlag.
8. Take the stripping tool in your right hand.
9. Measure the cable length against the
stripping tool.
Use your left index finger as the limit stop.
13. Entfernen Sie Kabelmantel, Schirm und
die weiße Füllmasse durch Abziehen von
Hand.
13. Remove cable jacket, shield and white
sealing compound by hand.

4. Klappen Sie das Oberteil des IE FC RJ45
Modular Outlet hoch.
5. Klappen Sie die 4 Anschlußklemmen des
Anschlußblockes hoch.
4. Lift up the top of the IE FC RJ45 Modular
Outlet.
5. Lift up the 4 terminals of the terminal
block.
10. Legen Sie die Leitung in das
Abisolierwerkzeug ein. Der Zeigefinger
der linken Hand bildet den Anschlag.
11. Spannen Sie das Abisolierwerkzeug bis
zum ersten Einrasten (Klickgeräusch).
10. Fit the cable in the stripping tool. Your left
index finger is the limit stop.
11. Tighten the stripping tool until it snaps into
place (clicking sound).
14. Schneiden Sie das zentrale Stützelement
ab.
14. Cut off the central supporting element.
