Frying
1. Press the HOME FRY button.
2. Turn the Rotary encoder until the screen displays „H1", „H2", „H3", „H4", „H5",
„H6", „H7", „H8" or „H9".
3. Press the START/+30SEC key to start preheating
4. Once the temperature of the corresponding program has been reached, the
appliance will beep twice to remind you to place the food inside the appliance.
Place the food inside the appliance and close the door.
5. Press the START/+30SEC button to start the preparation
Note: If you have selected the deep-frying function, do not put the food inside the
appliance right at the beginning. The appliance must first be preheated. After a
few minutes the appliance will beep twice to remind you to put the food inside the
appliance. Press the START/+30SEC button again after you have put the food inside.
The timer is then activated and the food is prepared to the point.

Crispy grilling
1. Press the CRISPY GRILL button
2. Press the CRISPY GRILL button repeatedly or use the control dial to select the grilling
mode. Stop as soon as „C1", „C2", „C3", or „C4" is displayed on the screen.
3. Press the START/+30SEC key to confirm.
4. Turn the knob to select the weight.
5. Press the START/+30SEC key to start the preparation
