Description and design
The SITOP power flexi is a build-in device. When the device is being installed, the relevant DIN/VDE stipulations or the country-specific
regulations are to be complied with.
Primarily pulsed power supply units for mounting on standard mounting rails to DIN EN 50022-35x15/7,5.
For connection to single-phase AC power supply system, 120 or 230V, 50/60Hz.
The output is idling-proof, short-circuit proof, floating and adjustable.
Technical method of operation
The output voltage of the device can be set to between 3 V
front (see Page 2 for position) or externally by means of terminals X2-2 (see Page 4).

In the output voltage range 12 to 52 V
The current can be limited to between 2 A and 10 A. Current limitation is set by means of a potentiometer I
externally by means of terminals X2-12 (see Page 4).

Installation notes
The device is to be mounted vertically for correct cooling so that the input terminals and the output terminals are at the bottom. A space of at least
50 mm is to be kept free above and beneath the device.
The supply voltage (120/230 V AC) and the necessary jumper for the 120 V range must be connected in accordance with VDE 0100 and VDE
0160. A protective device (fuse) and a disconnecting device for isolating the unit from the power supply must be provided.
Before installation or maintenance work, the main switch on the unit is to be switched off and secured against accidental switch-on. If the
event of non-compliance with this condition, touching of live parts can lead to death or serious injury.
When the device is operated in the 120 V range, a jumper must be wired between the two "AC120V-JUMPER" terminals. This must have the
same cross-section and insulation as the power supply leads. Its length must not exceed 100 mm.
Caution: The jumper which is needed is also live and therefore hazardous.
