Connecting the 2.1 speaker system

Proceed as follows:
1. Connect both satellite loudspeakers
the "SPEAKERS OUTPUT" socket on the underside of the sub-
woofer .
2. Connect the subwoofer

3. Insert the mains cable plug

The 2.1 speaker system is then ready for operation.

Operation

Before switching on the 2.1 speaker system always ensure that
the "VOLUME" control knob on the subwoofer is set to "low". Oth-
erwise a sudden, high input level could damage the speakers.
To this purpose turn the top control knob ("VOLUME") on the sub-
woofer as far as possible in an anti-clockwise direction (
position).
1. Switch the 2.1 loudspeaker system on with the mains switch

2. Switch on the audio device (computer or MP3 player). For more
information about this, read the audio device documentation.
3. Adjust the volume of all speakers with the "VOLUME" control knob.
4. Adjust the high and midrange levels with the "TREBLE" control
knob and the low range level with the "BASS" control knob.
