Problem
No impression of 3D
sound
The power indicator
light does not shine
The power indicator
light does not chan-
ge to green.
The movement of the
lips is not in sync
with the correspon-
ding sound.

Possible Cause
• On the TV menu, under
"Sound system" – "Configura-
tion", "Rear Speakers", "yes"
has been ... selected, even
though no rear speakers are
connected.
• The distance settings do not
match the actual distances.
• Power cable is not plugged in.
• Power switch is switched off.
• The sound system has been
disconnected from the power
supply while in operation.
• No apparent reason for this
missing synchronisation bet-
ween lips and sound.
Remedy
• Change this entry to
"no".
• Set the correct distances
in the TV menu or chan-
ge your seating position
according to the set
values.
• Plug in the power cable.
• Switch the power switch
to "ON".
• Switch the sound system
to stand-by mode,
switch the TV to stand-
by mode, wait until the
red stand-by light on the
TV comes on, and then
switch the TV on again.
• Press the yellow key
on your TV-set. Move
the cursorkeys
„delay". Change the
value with the – + key.
