Possible cause Remedy
Low battery level. If the battery level is low, please connect
the device to the mains power supply
using the supplied power supply.
If the battery level is empty, please
connect the device to the mains power
supply immediately using the supplied
power supply.
Therapy has not You now have the option of starting

A simple trick often helps in such cases:
Switch the device off and on again, then
check whether it is functioning normally.
