information.
The warranty will be void in the event of damage caused by failure to observe
these safety instructions! We do not assume any liability for any consequential
damage!
Nor do we assume any liability for material and personal damage caused by

• Unauthorised modifications and/or changes to the product are not permitted.
• The wristwatch may not be exposed to intensive, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, strong
vibration or heavy mechanical stress. This may damage the watch.
• This product is not a toy and does not belong in the hands of children as they may swallow
small parts. Danger of suffocation!
• Do not leave packing materials unattended. They could become a dangerous toy in the hands
of children. Danger of suffocation!
• If the strap becomes damp or wet, let it dry thoroughly. Wearing the watch with the watchstrap
wet might involve discoloration of the watchstrap and irritation to the skin. Furthermore, this
might reduce the lifetime of the watchstrap.
• Only clean the outside of the wristwatch with a soft, slightly damp cloth or a dry brush. Never
use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions since this might damage the housing or
impair the operation of the watch.
Operation
Setting the time
• Pull the watch crown (C) into position 2.
• Turn the crown (C) and therefore set the current
time.
• Press the crown (C) into its normal position 1.
Setting the date
• The date is shown in the date display (B).
• Press the pusher (A) with a sharp item until the current date is displayed.
Please note that the date should not be set in the time between 22:00:00 and
02:00:00 hrs as during this time the automatic change of date and weekday is carried
out by the mechanics of the watch.
If the clock changes the date/weekday at 12 o' clock noon, set the time 12 hours
ahead. Set the correct date again if necessary.
Setting the display for the moon phase
• The moon phase is shown together with the second in the display field (E).
• Press the pusher (D) with a sharp item until the current moon phase is displayed.
Winding the watch
• The automatic clockwork mechanism winds itself automatically on your wrist when you wear
the watch. However, the watch stops working when you do not wear it over a longer period of
time.
• The watch can also be wound by turning the crown (C) (leave it in position 1) by hand. Do not
wind the watch up too far as it can be damaged.
• If the watch does not start again immediately, shake it briefly with a jerk to give it the necessary
start impulse.
Water tightness and shock resistance

This watch is designed for normal use only. It must not be exposed to extreme shock and impact.
This might damage the clockwork.
Version 06/11

(washing hands, water spray, rain drops, etc.), has no adverse effect.
The watch is not suitable for having showers, swimming or diving. Do not immerse the watch in
water. Leave the crown (C) in normal position and do not turn it when the watch is wet.
Otherwise, water might get into the watch.
Accuracy

In case of major deviation, please contact a watchmaker and let him/her set the accuracy.
