To change from one type of rail assembly to the other type of rail assembly:
1 Lift the blue lever on the rotating mounting bracket (see Figure 1-4).
2 Rotate the bracket and slide it up off of the two shoulder standoffs.
3 Continue to rotate the bracket 180 degrees until you can set the notches
4 Rotate the bracket in the opposite direction until the bracket clicks into
