Unscrew and remove the grease reservoir from the
pump
Withdraw the piston rod to its full extended position
(will be automatically latched)
Remove the two closure caps from the cartridge and
insert larger open end of the cartridge into grease
reservoir
Re-screw grease reservoir loosely to pump (1 turn)
Unlatch piston rod by pressing the rod locking device
Tighten the grease reservoir when lubricant emerges at
the female thread
Caution: Do not flip the sealing lip to the rear side
Unscrew and remove the grease reservoir from the
pump
Insert open end into the grease pail
Draw back slowly the piston rod and at the same time
push grease reservoir deeper into the lubricant to
insure against air pockets being sucked into reservoir.
Re-screw filled lubricant reservoir loosely to pump (1
turn)
Unlatch piston rod by pressing the rod locking device
Tighten the grease reservoir when lubricant emerges at
the female thread
