HAZARDS
Due to being a pressure-operated device, the sprayer poses the following additional hazards:
1. damage to soft tissue caused by the spraying liquid jet,
2. spraying liquid burns,
3. spraying fluid poisoning.
WARRANTY CARD – WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. The rights under the warranty granted will be exercised only upon presentation by the claimant of a valid
warranty card and a legible rating plate on the sprayer's tank.
2. The warranty is granted for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, but not more than 36
months from the date of manufacture. This period is not relevant for commercial applications.
3. For commercial applications, the warranty is for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, but not
more than 24 months from the date of manufacture.
4. The warranty for the tank is granted for a period of 72 months for commercial and non-commercial
applications.
5. The repair will be done within 14 days from the date of delivery of the device for repair to the Authorised
Service Centre or directly to the manufacturer.
6. The warranty shall expire in the event of any modifications made by the user.
7. All repairs of the sprayer carried out by the user should be done using original parts of KWAZAR
CORPORATION Sp. z o.o., including seals and accessories.

8. The warranty does not cover seals as parts which are subject to natural wear.
9. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use: use, storage and maintenance not in
accordance with this Instruction Manual; mechanical damage.

10. In case of returning the product, the buyer is obliged to deliver a clean and complete product without
any traces of use together with its full equipment.

12. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer arising from the non-conformity
of the goods with the agreement.

WARRANTY REPAIRS AND SERVICE
KWAZAR CORPORATION Sp. z o.o. provides full warranty and post-warranty service.
1. The sprayer submitted for repair (regardless of the reason) must be clean - free of spraying liquid re-
sidues.
2. The condition for warranty repair is that the completed warranty card and proof of purchase are deli-
vered with the sprayer.
3. Warranty and post-warranty repairs are carried out in the company's headquarters and in KWAZAR
Authorised Service Centres - the list of centres is available at www.kwazar.com.pl in the SERVICE tab.
