The battery charger is designed for an operating temperature of -15°C

8 | Functional description

8.1 | Explanation of steps 1 – 7
Step 1 "Analysis": An analysis is performed to determine whether a battery is
connected and the battery voltage is within the valid range.
Step 2 "Check": The connected battery is checked for deep discharge and
sulphation.
Step 3 "Recovery": Depending on the state of the battery, it is pre-charged,
if necessary. During the recovery process, the battery is fed with a pulsating
current. This process can take up to one hour.
