Owner's Manual Crimping Machine CM 25-3.4
• Place a wrench SW 12 onto the square counter bearing
move the shaft of the machine lower in the direction of the arrows
till the holes of the upper adapter line up with the connecting rod
• Connect the adapter intake and the connecting rod and secure it
with a safety clip
• Secure the crimping unit with hex screws 2,5 mm
• Move the shaft upwards by turning the wrench on the square
counter bearing.
• Place the safety cover and tighten the clamping
screw 3 mm lightly
• Move the wrench on the square counter bearing to
the lowest point until the crimping dies close
• Tighten the screws of the safety cover
• Connect the air pressure supply hoses
• Open shut-off valve; the machine is now ready to be
used
Before connecting the crimp machine 25-3.4 to the air supply line, be sure to remove
the wrench from the square counter bearing.
