Removing a liquid-electrolyte sensor
Preconditions
• ARD75EL without damage.
• Compressed air supply shut off and pressure chamber depressurized.
Steps
01. Disconnect the sensor cable.
02. Loosen the small coupling nut (1) by a few rotations, do not loosen completely.
03. Unscrew and remove the large coupling nut (3) and pull the detached unit upwards.
Note: Escaping liquid electrolyte. Hold the sensor inclined and orient the filling hole at the top
during removal. Follow the installation instructions in the sensor documentation.
Replace the closure of the filling hole for transport and storage.
CAUTION! Risk of cutting injuries from broken sensor glass. Handle the sensor with care
04. Pull out the sensor (2).
NOTICE! After removing a damaged sensor, check the sensor gasket in the fitting (broken glass)
and replace it if required.
