Zweckbestimmung
Bei diesem Medizinprodukt handelt es sich um eine Orthese zur Ruhigstellung
des Ellenbogengelenks in gebeugter Stellung.
Indikationen
DE: Präoperativ, postoperativ, posttraumatisch, z. B. bei proximalem Sulcus
ulnaris Syndrom, deszendierender Tendopathie, nach Bursektomie.
AT: Ellbogendistorsion, Gelenkergüsse, Frakturnachbehandlung
Kontraindikationen
Lymphabflussstörungen auch unklare Weichteilschwellungen körperfern
des angelegten Hilfsmittels, Empfindungs- und Durchblutungsstörungen
der versorgten Körperregion, Erkrankungen der Haut im versorgten
Körperabschnitt
Anwendungsrisiken / Wichtige Hinweise
Dieses Medizinprodukt ist ein verordnungsfähiges Produkt. Sprechen Sie
Anwendung und Dauer mit Ihrem verordnenden Arzt ab. Die Auswahl der
geeigneten Größe und eine Einweisung erfolgt durch das Fachpersonal, von
dem Sie das Medizinprodukt erhalten haben.

Anziehanleitung
Vor dem ersten Anlegen der BORT KubiFX light Ellenbogen-Orthese
müssen die beiden innenliegenden Aluminiumschienen entsprechend
der gewünschten Gelenkstellung angeformt werden. Anschließend die
Positionierung des Ellenbogenpolsters kontrollieren und die Fixierbänder bis
zur Schlupfsperre durch die Umlenkschlaufen führen.
Die Orthese kann nun am Arm angelegt werden. Die Ellenbogenspitze
(Olecranon) muss in der eingearbeiteten Biegung (Kurvatur) der
Aluminiumschienen liegen. Die Fixierbänder der Orthese werden anschließend
mit der gewünschten Spannung verschlossen.
Die beiden mittleren Gurtbänder im Bereich der Ellenbogenbeuge kreuzen
sich distal der Ellbogenbeuge im Bereich des Unterarms und verursachen
somit keinen ungewünschten Druck auf die dort befindlichen Nerven und
Blutgefäße.

Intended purpose
This medical device is a brace for immobilisation of the elbow joint in a bent
position.
Indications
Pre-operative, post-operative, post-traumatic, e.g. in case of proximal sulcus
ulnaris syndrome, descending tendinopathy, following bursectomy.
Contraindications
Lymph drainage disorders, also unclear soft tissue swellings distal to the
aid positioned, sensory and circulatory disorders with the region of the body
treated, skin diseases in the part of the body treated.
Application risks / Important notes
This medical device is a prescribable product. Discuss the use and duration
with your treating physician. The expert staff from whom you have received
the medical device will select the appropriate size and instruct you regarding
its use.

Fitting instructions
Before putting the BORT KubiFX Light Elbow Brace on for the first time, both
internal aluminium splints must be formed in accordance with the desired
joint position. Following this, check the positioning of the elbow pad and guide
the fixing straps through the guide loops up to the anti-slip lock.
The brace can then be attached to the arm. The tip of the elbow (olecranon)
must lie on the integrated bend (curve) of the aluminium splints. The brace's
fixing straps are then closed with the desired tension.
Both middle belt straps in the vicinity of the elbow bends cross distally to the
elbow bend in the lower arm region, thus not causing any undesired pressure
on the nerves and blood vessels located there.
Finally, it must be checked that, the elbow joint is fixed securely, but no blood
flow congestion is incurred.

sanguine des régions corporelles traitées, maladies cutanées sur les zones
traitées.

Ce dispositif médical est un produit prescrit sur ordonnance. Consultez votre
médecin prescripteur pour en connaître l'utilisation et la durée de port. Le
choix de la taille ainsi qu'une présentation du produit seront réalisés par le
personnel spécialisé qui vous fournira ce dispositif médical.

Instruction d'application
Avant la pose de BORT KubiFX light orthèse pour le coude, les deux baleines
en aluminium internes doivent être formées selon la position de fléchissement
souhaitée. Contrôler ensuite le positionnement du rembourrage du coude et
faire passer les bandes de fixation par les boucles de renvoi jusqu'au système
de blocage.
L'orthèse peut être maintenant montée au bras. La pointe du coude (olécrane)
doit se trouver dans le fléchissement intégré (courbure) des baleines en
aluminium. Les bandes de fixation de l'orthèse sont ensuite fermées avec la
tension souhaitée.
Les deux sangles du milieu situées au niveau du pli du coude se croisent de
façon distale par rapport au pli du coude dans la région de l'avant-bras et
n'entraînent donc aucune pression indésirable sur les nerfs et les vaisseaux
sanguins.
