Note: If there is a (question) or (exclamation) mark next to Ethernet
adapter in Windows®, then the driver is not properly installed. Please
delete the item, unplug the adapter and repeat the installation steps. We
also recommend restarting your notebook / PC.
FAQ
Question: All is OK, only Ethernet speed on adapter is displayed 100 Mbps
or 10 Mbps, where is problem?
Answer: Please verify all cabling between notebook / PC and active Ethernet
device (HUB, switch, router) and firmly plug in all RJ-45 connectors. Maybe
help you exchange Ethernet cable between notebook / PC and active device
for certificated one.
