2.4 Startup operations

The following points must be observed by all means
The Vehicle Finder 1.0 4G should not be installed near fuel
lines or other combustible components in the engine
compartment.
Mount the Vehicle Finder 1.0 4G so that no other
components in the vehicle are damaged.
Installing the Vehicle Finder 1.0 4G may discharge your
vehicle battery. Before connecting, check whether your
vehicle has a discharge protection and retrofit it if
necessary.
Please always observe the manufacturer's specifications
for your vehicle.
Please proceed as follows when connecting the Finder to your
car battery.
1. Connect the Vehicle Finder 1.0 4G to the cable harness
using the black plug-in function.
2. Connect the device to the battery. Connect
with the fuse to (+).
Attention! The poles must never be reversed.
Note: When connected to the power supply, the Vehicle
Finder 1.0 4G switches on immediately and the LED lights

2.5 Switching on

If activation is successful, you can switch on the Vehicle Finder
1.0 4G. By connecting the FINDER to the power supply it has
already been switched on.
Connect the black cable to Minus (-).
emit a signal.
