BSAU113a 50mm Ball Centre Height is between 350mm and 420mm when the vehicle is laden.
Spanners:19mm, 24mm AF.
Drills: 12mm.
Fitting Time about 1 hour
Recommended Torque settings: 8mm - 27Nm, 10mm - 53Nm, 12mm - 95Nm, 16mm - 214Nm

1 off tiebar 380mm 50x12mm

4 off 12 x 30mm 1.25tpmm HT bolts only & shakeproof washers (gold coloured) F 5 off 12 x 30mm HT bolts
nuts and shakeproof washers

1 off 12 x 30mm HT bolt nuts and shakeproof washers bolt on 100mm stick

2 off 16 x 45mm HT bolts nuts & shakeproof washers

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DETACHABLE TOWING BRACKETS (16mm Drop Nose Pin)
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Read the WATLING TOWING BRACKET INFORMATION AND MAINTENANCE SHEET AND THE FITTING
GUIDE.
If fitted remove lower front bumper trim at 6 off 10mm bolts. Remove the front towing hook and locate the exis-
ting trapped nuts in the right hand chassis and fix sidearms C with 4 bolts E using washers I.

Attach crossbar A to sidearms with 4 bolts F and attach tiebar D to crossbar A with 1 off bolt F. Locate rear-
ward end of tiebar close to existing access hole in chassis crossmember and drill 1 off 12mm hole using tiebar
as a guide. Attach tiebar with 1 off bolt G.

Insert the Detachable Section B into the receiver on Cross Bar A and fix with 16mm pin J. Fix your hitch to B
with 2 bolts H. If the Detachable Section is not in use fit the Moulded End Cap into the receiver tube. Tighten
all bolts to the correct torque including chassis bolts, see the WATLING TOWING BRACKET INFORMATION
AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE and the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DETACHABLE TOWING BRA-
CKETS.
4.
NOTE: PIN D IS THE BOLT WHICH KEEPS YOUR CAR AND TRAILER TOGETHER CHECK IT EVERY
TIME YOU USE THE TOWING BRACKET.
