96474 （9-320Nm） button operation:
A single press of key 1 can increase the set torque （S） by 0.1Nm or 1 Nm or 10Nm, and a continuous hold of key 1 can automatically
increase the set torque （S） by 0.1Nm or 1Nm or 10Nm increments. The increment （0.1Nm or 1Nm or 10Nm） can be switched by a
single press of key 4 （switching order is 1 Nm->10Nm- >0.1Nm cycle）.
Single press of key 2 can reduce the set torque （S） by 0.1Nm or 1Nm or 10Nm. Continuous press of key 2 can automatically reduce the
set torque （S） by 0.1Nm or 1 Nm or 10Nm. Reduction （0.1 Nm or 1 Nm or 10Nm） can be switched by single press of key 4.

Operation:

Testing of the torque wrench can begin after the setting of the torque is completed（Please follow the rules of the torque wrench
manufacturer for adjusting the torque of the wrench itself）.
When calibrating the torque wrench, the downward pressure calibration posture should be adopted, and the torque wrench should be
basically in a horizontal state, and the calibration connection shaft between the wrench and the tester should be kept at an angle of 90
degrees.
When the torque test value is within the set tolerance percentage, the LED lamp band shows green, indicating the test result OK,
otherwise the LED lamp band shows red and accompanied by a buzz, indicating the test result Not OK.
Note:
In order to obtain more stable and accurate test results, it is recommended that the time interval for re- testing after evaluation
of single test results should be more than 2 seconds
Note:
Test torque should not be higher than the maximum testable torque of the tester, otherwise the tester may be damaged

Torque test operation with SATA Torque Tester software :

More abundant and practical functions can be obtained by communicating with the tester through the software provided by SATA.
At present, the two communication modes are USB to serial port mode and WIFI mode （communication mode can be selected in
software interface）.
Basic configuration requirements of computer: 1. Wireless network card （for WiFi communication） 2. USB port （for USB to serial
communication） 3. Win7 / win8 / win10 system 4. Microsoft office software or excel in it.
