Service:

To ensure the best support for our customers, STV series provides a complete set of calibration and maintenance facilities for all its
products.
We store most of the spare parts for torque testers, sensors and our digital wrenches. If you buy products from our company, our
company is the only supplier to provide spare parts and services for you. For service, please call 021-60615662 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday.
We need to remind you that the system and components need to be calibrated and authenticated regularly. Please give us the relevant
information, and we will inform you in time when to re-calibrate and re- authenticate.

Limited Warranty Statement:

The warranty period of SATA Torque Tester is one year from the date of delivery. The warranty content is material and process defects.
The warranty does not include any faults caused by the application of torques beyond the specified range to sensors or loaders, the
operation of systems with damaged sensor wires, or other damage caused by improper use, abuse or unauthorized modification. When
used with impact wrenches, the warranty is limited to electronic digital display units. This warranty does not include calibration.
When repairing, all costs are borne by the company or individual that returns the parts （or components）. Freight on arrival is not
accepted.
Any modification of any part of the equipment without the explicit written permission of SATA will not be guaranteed. For unauthorized
modification of product Institutes.
SATA will not be liable for any claims, requirements, equipment damage or personal injury arising from altered parts and/or the use of
altered SATA Torque Tester.
SATA's obligation to its products is limited to maintenance or replacement; in any case, SATA will bear any direct or indirect loss or
damage of any nature caused by its products or the use of relevant information, or other costs incurred or incurred. This guarantee
replaces all other guarantees or marketability as well as the applicability for specific purposes. Except as specified in this article, any
express or implied warranties of marketability or applicability for a particular purpose will not apply to SATA.
