to electrically operated devices, either with mains operation (with power
cable) or with battery operation (without power cable).
Before use, check that the voltage of the power source corresponds to
the information on the device's nameplate. Avoid unintentional start-up.
Never dip the device in water or other liquids!

• Never switch on the device if there is no liquid in the boiler.
• The device must be installed on a dry, level surface and kept away
from the walls by 20 cm.
• Do not use in the immediate vicinity of a stove, warm oven or other
heat sources.
• The connector plug of the electrical appliance must fit into the
socket. The plug must not be modified in any way. Do not use
adapter plugs with earthed electrical devices. Unmodified plugs and
proper sockets reduce the danger of an electric shock.
• Avoid physical contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, heaters,
stoves and refrigerators. The probability of electric shock increases if
the body is earthed.
• Keep electrical devices away from rain or moisture. Ingress of water
into an electrical appliance increases the risk of electric shock.
• Do not misuse the cable to carry, hang, or disconnect the appliance
from the outlet. Keep the cable away from any heat, oil, sharp
objects or moveable parts. Do not squeeze the cable by bending it
strongly, or by rolling something heavy over it. Damaged or tangled
cables increase the chance of electric shock.
• If you are working with an electrical product outdoors, only use
extension cords that are designed for outdoor use. Using an
extension cord suitable for outdoor use will reduce the risk of electric
shock.
• If operation of the electrical device in a humid environment is
inevitable, use a residual current circuit breaker. Using a residual
current circuit breaker reduces the probability of electric shock.

• Do not overload the device.
• Do not use an electrical device whose switch is defective. An
electrical appliance that can no longer be switched on or off is
dangerous and must be repaired.
• Disconnect the plug and/or remove the battery before adjusting the
device, changing accessory parts or putting it away. This precaution
prevents unintentional start-up of the electrical appliance.
• Keep unused electrical devices out of the reach of children. Do not
allow persons to use the device who are unfamiliar with it or who
have not read these instructions. Electrical devices are dangerous if
they are used by inexperienced persons.
• Take care of your electrical device. Check if moving parts function
properly and do not jam, if parts are broken or damaged in such a
way that the function of the electrical device is impaired. Make sure
damaged parts are repaired before using the device. Many accidents
are caused by poorly maintained electrical equipment.
• Use electrical appliances, accessories, equipment, etc. according to
these instructions. Take into account the working conditions and the
activity to be performed. Use of electrical devices for applications
other than those for which they are intended can lead to dangerous
situations.
Personal safety
• This device must not be used by persons (including children) with
limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or for lack of experience
and/or knowledge, unless you are supervised by a person responsible
for your safety or have had children supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the device.
The device has little insulation due to its design and gets hot on

the outside during use. Caution Danger of burns. Touch the device
only by the handles or the control button.
