Troubleshooting:

Symptom
LED Lights are out
Lock doesn't open when using
the programmed code
Cabinet is not closing correctly

Action
- Check the power supply and adapter: the LED on the
adapter should light up continuously (a flashing LED or no
light indicates a malfunction)
- Make sure that all connectors are properly connected
(including the connection inside the cabinet)
If the unit continues to fail, take it out of service and contact the
dealer of SmartCase.
- Re-program the code in accordance with this manual
- Try to close and open the lock with the new code
If the lock continues to fail contact the dealer of SmartCase.
- Check if anything is blocking the door.
- Check if the lock or door is deformed in the area of the
locking mechanism
If the unit can't be repaired, take it out of service and contact the
dealer of SmartCase.
