Installation

Important:

The installation tools supplied are intended for mounting exclusively on flat surfaces of
wood, brick or concrete. Panels must have a minimum thickness of 3mm. Always use the supplied
spacers. We recommend installing the cabinet in the shadow to prevent high temperatures inside the
cabinet.

spacing. Drill the round 10 mm holes to a minimum depth of 60 mm, to ensure there is sufficient
depth for the plug. We recommend drilling the upper holes at between 1.5 and 1.6 metres from the
ground. The holes should always be drilled in the middle of the brick. Insert the M8 dowel screws in
the plugs until they protrude 20mm from the wall and slide the nylon spacers over the dowel screws.
Before mounting the cabinet on the wall, first install the feeder cable.

can be put led through the wall. It can then be connected to the 24V adapter, which should be placed
inside the house or building. It is important to lead the feeder cable through the wall before
mounting the case on the wall. The cable has been connected to the SmartCase inside the cabinet
(factory pre-installed). Guide the cable from the outside through the wall to the inside and then,
from the inside, pull the cable. The SmartCase is now ready to be mounted on the wall. After
mounting it, use the four washers and nuts to secure the cabinet (on the inside of the cabinet).
