Warranty

1. GT MEDICARE is responsible for the quality of services and for the soundness and good
quality of the products supplied to the best of its knowledge, with the provision that the
guarantee does not exceed the following provisions mentioned.
2. If the defects are caused by purchaser the repair and shipping costs will be charged to
purchaser.
3. The purchaser is not entitled to warranty:
A: If the buyer has neglected the products.
B: If the buyer has made changes to the products or repairs which were not performed by or
on behalf of GT MEDICARE.
C: In case of improper or careless use, incorrect connection, wrong voltage, lightning,
damage due to moisture or other external products or misfortunes.
D: If the device is not appropriately maintained according to the manual.
E: If the device is used or installed with non original or inferior accessories.
F: If the buyer dealt with the goods with negligence.
4. GT MEDICARE warrants that the Products do not contain serious defects at the time of
delivery.
5. Reseller will report defects, damages or non-conformity of the Products, which upon
inspection can reasonably be determined, in writing to GT MEDICARE within 10 days after
reception. Reseller will report all other defects in writing to GT MEDICARE within one year
from the date of delivery. Products, which suggest that they are non-conforming or
damaged, should be returned to GT MEDICARE immediately for inspection by GT MEDICARE.
Claims, which were not reported according to the terms in this paragraph, will not be
accepted. GT MEDICARE will, in case of responsibility for the non-conformity or damage to
the product, at its option, repair the Products, replace them with new ones or refund the
purchase price of the Products. GT MEDICARE will have no other obligation or liability
towards Reseller with respect to non-conforming or damaged products other than in the
previous sentence displayed.
6. The duration of the warranty on all mechanical parts is 60 months, with scratches and
damage to the cabinet and window outside this provision, and 24 months for the electronics
from the time of delivery. The producer is only obliged to fulfil the obligations arising from
this warranty. The producer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In all cases,
the manufacturer's liability is limited to the selling price of the products sold.
7. Where a claim can be attributed to a modification or improper use of the product, the
guarantee is under all circumstances void.
8. The recipient will investigate all received equipment immediately. The customer must inform
GT MEDICARE in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of any defects in the consignment.
If the deficiencies are not reported within a period of ten (10) days, the shipment was
considered to be complete. For hidden, to prove by customer, defects, claims are only
possible within the warranty period. If a complaint is justified by GT MEDICARE, then GT
MEDICARE is only obliged to replace the defective goods or repair, without the customer
being entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever. Submitting a claim does not relieve
the customer from payment.
