Assembly and repairs must be carried out by a qualified professional/service technician.

Improper assembly, modifications or changes can result in damage to one's person or property.
•
Do not attempt to modify this gas heater in any way.
•
The assembly of the gas heater and the storing of the propane cylinders must be carried out in accordance with applicable
provisions.
•
Do not move the gas heater during operation.
•
Close the valve on the cylinder and the regulator before moving the gas heater.
•
The tube or flexible hose must be replaced once a year.
•
Take precautions that the gas heater will not tip over in strong winds.
•
Do not store or use petrol or other flammable gases or liquids in the heater.
•
Before using, check the entire gas system, the hose control, the pilot flame igniter and the burner for leaks or damage.
•
All leak checks should be done with a soap solution. Never use an open flame to check for leaks.
•
Do not use the gas heater until it has been tested for leaks.
•
If you smell gas, shut the gas valve immediately.
•
Do not move the gas heater during operation.
•
After operation, wait until the gas heater has cooled down before moving it.
•
Keep the air vents of the gas cylinder housing clean and free of debris.
•
Do not apply paint to the radiant screen, control panel or top canopy reflector.
•
The gas heater's control panel, burner and circulation air passageways must be kept clean.
•
More frequent cleaning may be required as necessary.
•
Keep the LPG cylinder turned off when the gas heater is not in operation.
•
Check the gas heater immediately in the event of the following:
•
The gas heater does not give off sufficient heat.
•
The burner makes popping noises during operation (light popping noises may be heard when the burner is turned off –
this is normal).
•
Gas odour in connection with a flame with a very yellow tip.
•
Do not place the LPG regulator/hose assembly must be located out of pathways where people may trip over it and areas
where it may be damaged accidentally.
•
If removed for maintenance purposes, all protective cladding and safety elements must be reattached prior to use of the gas
heater.
•
Replace the gas cylinder in a well-ventilated area away from combustion sources.
•
Test whether the regulator seal is correctly fitted and in good condition.
•
Do not block the casing's ventilation holes.
•
Keep both adults and children away from the hot surface to prevent risk of burns and combustion of clothing.
•
Children must be carefully supervised when in the proximity of the gas heater.
•
Do not hang articles of clothing or other flammable materials on or near the gas heater.
•
The rubber hose can be replaced by the user. Please note that the hose length must be 100 cm and must meet national regu-
lations.
•
Liquid petroleum gas (LPG) properties: flammable, explosive, heavier than air and sinks to the floor.
•
Propane in its natural state has no odour. For your safety, an odorant has been added that smells like rotting cabbage.
•
Skin which comes in contact with LPG can become frostbitten, with wounds similar to burns.
•
This gas heater is made to be used only with propane, butane or a propane-butane mix (normally called liquid petroleum gas,
or LPG).
•
Use only 11 kg LPG cylinders which meet local regulations (the same type normally used with gas barbecue grills) with safety
valves.
