Montage des Schwenkantriebes auf die Armatur
Bevor Sie den Antrieb auf die Armatur bauen, ist folgen-
des zu beachten:
•
prüfen ob die Armaturenspindel und das Antriebs-
ritzel parallel sind
•
Prüfen ob der Montagefl ansch der Armatur zum
Antriebsgehäuse unter Einbeziehung von eventuell
verwendeten zusätzlichen Teilen ( Montagebrü-
cken, Wellenadapter, Reduzierungen ), zusam-
menpassen.
Stellen Sie die Schraubenverbindungen her. Vor der
Inbetriebnahme die Drehrichtung und die Montagevari-
ante prüfen.
Montagevariante: H (doppelt + einfachwirkend)
Sicherheitsstellung: Federkraft schließt, rechtsdrehend
Assembly version: H (double acting + single acting)
-Safety position: spring to close, clockwise rotation
-to DIN EN 15714-1
Standard: Rechtsdrehend „ZU" nach DIN EN 15714-1
Montagevariante: G (doppelt + einfachwirkend)
Sicherheitsstellung: Federkraft öff nend, rechtsdrehend
Assembly version: G (double acting + single acting)
-Safety position: spring to open, clockwise
Mounting the actuator onto the valve
Before mounting onto the valve following is to be
performed:
•
Check whether the valve spindle and the drive
pinion are parallel
•
Check whether the mounting fl ange on the valve
adapts to the actuator housing with regard to the
need for additional adaptors ( bridges, shaft,
adopters, reduction pieces).
Insert the screws provided and tighten accordingly.
Important: check rotational direction and the model type
is correct before commissioning.

Sicherheitsstellung: Federkraft schließt, linksdrehend
Assembly version: E (double acting + single acting)
-Safety position: spring to close, counter-clockwise
Montagevariante: F (doppelt + einfachwirkend)
Sicherheitsstellung: Federkraft öff nend, linksdrehend
Assembly version: F (double acting + single acting)
-Safety position: spring to open, counter-clockwise rotating
