General safety information

– Do not use in closed spaces!
– ATTENTION! For ignition or re-
ignition, do not use spirits or petrol!
– Only use firelighters in compliance
with EN 1860-3!
– ATTENTION! This
becomes very hot and must not be
moved during operation
– ATTENTION! Keep children and pets
away!

The glowing charcoal and
parts of the stew oven become
very hot during operation and
can start fires�
– It is essential that you have a fire
extinguisher and first-aid kit ready and
be prepared for an accident or fire�
– Place the stew oven on an even, level,
safe, heat-resistant and clean surface�
– Set up the stew oven so that it is
standing at least 1m away from highly
flammable materials such as awnings,
wooden terraces, or furniture�
– Do not transport the stew oven during
operation�
– Ignite the charcoal only in an area
protected from wind�
– Fill the stew oven with a max� 1�2kg of
charcoal�
– Some foods produce flammable fats
and juices� Regularly clean the stew
oven, ideally after each use�
