MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
- Demonteer de bumper en verwijder het bumper binnenwerk van de
auto.
- Verwijder het bumper binnenwerk.
-. Plaats de trekhaak op de vrijgekomen tapbouten en zet deze vast met
de originele moeren inclusief afstandsbus (3673/13).
- Boor de gaten of center de gaten A via de trekhaak ø 11 mm door de
bodemvloer.
- Verwijder de bitumen onder de contraplaat B van de bodemvloer.
- Plaats de contra's B links en rechts.
- Boor links de twee buitenste gaten C via de contra B en boor het voor-
ste gat D. Plaats contra's F en G (G alleen links), inclusief moer en veer-
ring.
- Boor rechts de twee gaten E via de contra B en plaats twee bouten
M10x35 inclusief veerring, contra F en moer.
- Zaag een deel van 55mm x 55mm uit de bumper (zie fig.1a/1b).
- Herplaats de bumper.
- Draai alle bouten en moeren volgens de tabel vast.
BELANGRIJK:
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Vergeet de veer- en sluitringen niet.
* Kwaliteit bouten 8.8 ; moeren 8, of indien anders vermeld in montage-
handleiding 10.9 / 10.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Het is aan te bevelen om na ca. 1000 km (gebruik) de boutverbindingen
volgens tabel na te trekken of te controleren.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat rem- en brandstoflei-
dingen niet worden geraakt.
* Verwijder "indien aanwezig" de plastik dopjes uit de puntlasmoeren.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Remove the bumper and the bumper inner fittings from the vehicle.
- Remove the bumper inner fittings.
- Place the towbar on the newly released tap bolts and fasten using the
original nuts and spacer (3673/13).
- Drill or centre holes A ø 11 mm via the towbar through the floor board.
- Remove the bitumen from under backplate B on the floorboard..
- Position backplates B on the left and right.
- On the left, drill the outer holes C through the backplate B and drill front
hole D. Position the backplates F and G (G on the left only) including nut
and spring washer.
- On the right, drill the two holes E via backplate B and attach two M10x35
bolts including spring washer, backplate F and nut.
- Saw a portion measuring 55mmx55mm out of the bumper (see
fig.1a/1b).
- Reattach the bumper.
- Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the table.
NOTE:
* The dealer should be consulted for possible necessary adjustment(s)
"of the vehicle".
* Remove the insulating material from the contact area of the fitting
points.
* All bolts are quality 8.8 - nuts 8. or when mentioned in fitting instructions
10.9 / 10.
* Don't forget the spring- and plain washers.
* Consult your dealer for the maximum tolerated pull weight and ball
hitch pressure of your vehicle.
* It is recommendable to retighten all fixing bolts and nuts after the towbar
has been in use for some 1000 km/600 miles.
* Do not drill through brake-or fuellines.
* Remove (if present) the plastic caps from the spot welding nuts.
