Intended purpose
The multi-function test lamp is used for test-

ing and diagnosing electrical equipment in
all kinds of motor vehicles that have a 6- to
48-volt electrical system.
The device fulfils 2 basic functions. When
connected to a vehicle battery, it can first-
ly be used as a voltage meter (including for
inductive high-voltage measurements on
ignition systems) and secondly as a "power
donor" in order to supply voltage to de-en-
ergised circuits, circuits which are separated
from the vehicle electrical system or electri-
cal components.
