4 .1 Errors
The ZR error status is indicated visually via the integrated LED. There are no errors while the Ethernet port LED is
green and there is an error if the LED flashes red. The individual flash codes and corresponding errors can be found
in the following table. If errors occur, you can also display these as clear text via the software under "Current values".
You also have the option to display the error status of the individual MZB including address here.

Description
KWL-MZB-ZR cannot be connected to
laptop/tablet.
KWL-MZB is not found during search.
Comment
System memory error.
Parameter data could not be loaded.
Internal sensor communication error.
Communication could not be established with the
configured sensor.
Communication error.
Communication could not be established between
MZB and BE.
Solution
Check the permission settings on your laptop.
Check that the USB cable is connected correctly.
Check the power supply and wiring of the correspon-
ding MZB.
Check whether the BUS address is duplicated and
modify it, if necessary.
