__________________________________________________________________________________ Assembly Method 1 Heating Cable without additional cold lead The following assembly method is recommended by TXI for the product. Other methods may be applied according to specifications or as advised. The following method describes the assembly of the product without an additional cold lead using a connection kit. a.) Process for un-braided cable: 1. - Seite 6 __________________________________________________________________________________ 4. Indicate Contact Point at other end of heated section for electrical termination side (Picture 7). Indicate next contact point and cut cable directly behind it to get a maximum of cold lead length (approx. 490 mm). Mark 80 mm and the end of termination side (Picture 8).

Bitte lesen Sie die Anleitung sorgfältig vor der Montage des Produktes. __________________________________________________________________________________ Montage Methode 1 Heizkabel ohne zusätzliches Kaltende Die folgende Methode für die Konfektionierung wird von TXI empfohlen. Andere Methoden können verwendet werden gemäß Spezifikation oder Vorschlag. Die folgende Methode beschreibt die Konfektionierung ohne zusätzlichen Kaltleiter mit dem Anschlussset. a.) Prozess für Kabel ohne Geflecht: 1. - Seite 16 __________________________________________________________________________________ 4. Finden Sie den Kontaktierungspunkt am anderen Ende der vorher definierten beheizten Länge für den elektrischen Anschluss (Bild 7). Finden Sie den nächsten Kontaktierungspunkt und schneiden Sie das kabel direkt dahinter ab um die maximale Kaltendenlänge zu erhalten (ca. 490 mm). Markieren Sie 80 mm vom Ende der elektrischen Anschlussseite (Bild 8).

Wiederholen Sie Schritte 1 bis 3 gemäß Prozess 1a.), unter Berücksichtigung der folgenden Montagehinweise für Montage des Geflechtes unter der Schrumpfkappe oder mit Kabelschuh. 2. Entfernen Sie das Geflecht unter Verwendung einer stumpfen Nadel und verdrillen Sie die überstehenden Drähte ca.

Beachten Sie den Mindestverlegeabstand und den Biegeradius bei der Installation, sowie die maximal zulässige Heizkreislänge je nach Ausführung. Informationen hierzu finden Sie auf dem Produktdatenblatt. Für Installationen bei denen längere Kaltenden notwendig sind empfehlen wir den Einsatz unserer Kaltleitungen oder passenden Leitungen zu unserem Anschlussset. - Seite 19 __________________________________________________________________________________ 7. Positionieren Sie die Schrumpfschläuche mittig über den Crimpstellen und schrumpfen Sie passend mit der Heissluftpistole (Bild 27). 8. Montieren Sei den grossen Schrumpfschlauch (120 mm) über der Verbindungsstelle. Platzieren Sie den Schlauch mittig ca. 25 mm auf jeder Seite über dem Aussenmantel der Kabel.
