Noise/vibration information

Measured values determined in accord
ance with EN 628411.
The specified overall vibration value and
specified noise emission values were
measured in accordance with a normed
test procedure (EN 628411 & EN 62841
217) and can be used to compare one
power tool with another. They can also be
used to establish a preliminary evaluation
of the load.
Warning!
The vibrations and noise emissions gener
ated when the power tool is actually being
used may deviate from the specified val
ues depending on the way in which the
power tool is used, and specifically, on the
basis of the type of workpiece being
machined.
It is necessary to specify safety measures
for the protection of the user which are
based on the vibration load incurred under
conditions of real use (in doing so, all ele
ments of the operating cycle are to be

considered, for example, times during
which the power tool is switched off, and
those in which it is switched on but oper
ating without load).
Try to keep the load caused by vibration
and noise as low as possible. Examples of
measures that may be taken to reduce the
vibration load include wearing gloves
when using the tool, the restriction of
working times, and the use of accessories
that are in good condition.
CAUTION! A certain amount of
2
noise is unavoidable when using
this device. Ensure you carry out
noiseintensive work during permitted
times. Maintain the quiet periods and
limit your work to the absolute mini
mum.
CAUTION! The effects of noise
may cause damage to the hear
ing. Only ever work with suitable ear
defenders. Anybody else in the vicini
ty should thus also wear ear defend
ers.
