SAFETY NOTES
• IMPORTANT! Always
close/put down the para-
sol when not in use. Do
not use or assemble the
parasol in heavy winds,
rain, thunderstorms or
if it's snowing. In these
weather conditions, we
recommend to fold down
or disassemble the para-
sol. Disassemble by fol-
lowing the setup steps in
reverse.
• IMPORTANT! The para-
sol must be secured in
place on the ground with
SVARTÖ parasol base,
sold separately, or with 4
slabs of concrete, cement
or similar material. The
slabs must be min. 30x30
cm (11 3/4") and have a
total weight of min. 50
kg (110 lb). Slabs are not
included but are available
at a DIY store. Make sure
the ground is level and
4
firm. Distribute the slabs
around the cross brace as
shown in the illustration in
the assembly instructions.
• Assemble the parasol by
following the assembly in-
structions carefully.
• Do not assemble the para-
sol on sandy, muddy or
loose soil.
• Keep children and pets
away while setting up the
parasol.
• Children must be super-
vised around the parasol.
• This parasol is for outdoor
use only.
• Do not light any fires un-
der or near the parasol!
• This product has been
tested for domestic use.
• This parasol is primarily
intended to be used as a
sunshade and not as wind
protection.
• Do not hang anything on
the parasol.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To clean the canopy, take
it off the parasol frame by
following the assembly
