These active loudspeaker enclosures are fitted with a stereo amplifier, thus allowing you to
reproduce the sound of any portable or pocket cassette or CD player, radio or other set simply by
connecting the active speakers to the earphone jack of the latter.
The speakers independent power supply provides stereo effects, whatever the output power of the
set they are connected to. The loudspeaker enclosures are fitted with a shielding so that they cause
no electromagnetic interference when connected to a computer.

Transmitter
Transmitter - Use the connection cable 8 (see Fig. 1) to link the Audio source 8 hi-fi system, TV
set, etc.) to the receiver
Connect the jack of the mains adapter
of the transmitter. Then plug the mains adapter into a mains outlet.
Enclosures - Insert the batteries into their compartments 4 while observing their proper position.
If you use rechargeable batteries, do not forget to set the cursor switch 5 inside the compartment
into the position required (see Fig. 2).
Note: Instead of batteries, you can also use the external AC/DC adapter (DC 9 V), included, to
be connected to jack 6.
On the transmitter, select the channel 7 providing the best reception quality (1 or 2 – see Fig. 2).
Switch the transmitter on 8 and adjust the volume. Switch on the enclosures 9.
Set the selector # on the position matching the enclosure configuration wanted (L = left channel,
R = right channel, L&R = mono sound). Adjust the (fine) TUNING knob 0 to obtain maximum sound
volume. Set the enclosure volume ! to a distortion-free level (Fig. 2). The switch fitted on the front
side @ allows you to activate the low tones (Fig. 3).
