    All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com MVR3 • Make sure the recording switch [14] is in the OFF position (down). • Press and hold the power ON/OFF button [16] for ±3s to switch the voice recorder on. To switch it off, press and hold the power ON/OFF button [16] again for ±2s.
