How to find the best vibration level

The PetTec Remote Vibra Trainer 2.0 offers up to 16 different vibration
intensities. Level 1 is the weakest signal and level 16 the strongest. The level
of vibration best suited for your dog depends on your dog's temperament and
threshold for vibration. Always start at the lowest level and work your way up.
The appropriate level can be found when the dog responds to the vibration
with a mild reaction, such as a tensing of the neck muscles. The vibration level
may vary depending on the training situation. When highly distracted, dogs will
require a higher level of vibration.
How to maximize the distance
The unit has a 300 meter range. This range may vary depending on the way the
remote control is held. Hold the remote control away from your body to receive
the greatest range. For maximum signal strength, keep the devices properly
charged.
LCD and LED indicator
Indicates vibration intensity ranging from 1 – 16.
Indicates the active trainer.
Indicates battery's power level. Note: The battery indicator will
flash every second to indicate low battery.
