Preparing the Trainer
The batteries are already installed.
Open the battery compartment and remove
the battery tab (the plastic strip that
prevents electrostatic discharge).
You do not need to open the trainer
Simply switch on!

Changing the Battery

Unscrew the battery cover with the opening
tool and insert the new battery (+ pole
upwards)
The remote control must be resynchroni-
sed with the trainer following each battery
change.
Synchronising the Trainer
and Remote Control
Release the button lock
on the remote control.
Switch the trainer on.
The LED will blink rapidly
for 10 seconds.
Quickly press the
vibration trigger button
on the remote control
