Troubleshooting

Only MAS 93../95..:
Fault
Appliance switches off
(continuous operation) and
lamp in the cheese button
flashes rapidly
Appliance does not start
and lamp in the cheese
button flashes slowly
One of the ON buttons
cannot be pressed cannot be pressed
For all other faults please consult our customer service.
Blade cover and blade scraper are available as spare parts from customer service.

Cause
Not a fault, appliance stops
automatically after 11 minutes of
continuous operation (automatic
timer) or
the appliance was overloaded,
e.g. excessively hard food was
fed in (overload protection)
Power supply was interrupted /
mains plug was pulled out – while
the appliance was switched on
(auto-restart lockout)
Blade cover not attached
Safety pin (19a) on blade cover
broken off
Remedial action
Switch off the appliance, pull out
the mains plug and eliminate the
cause. Allow the appliance to cool
down (at least 30 minutes), then
switch on again
Switch off the appliance,
then switch on again
Attach the blade cover
Replace the blade cover
