Time (5): Provides information regarding the playback dura-
tion including the remaining playback duration. By default
the present playback duration is displayed in hours, minutes
and seconds. To show additional playback options press
the DISPLAY key on the remote control once or more times
(Fig. /5).
Choose from following options:
- remaining time until end of track,
- present play time of CD,
- remaining time until end of CD,
- hide status information.
You may display the screen menu for DVD use by pressing the
DISPLAY key (Fig. /5).

Current title/total number of titles (1).
Current chapter/total number of chapters (2).

You may choose from the following options:
- remaining time until chapter end,
- current play time of the title,
- remaining time until title end.

Language capacity (1): Displays the number of languages
available and the default language.
Type audio output (2).
Subtitle display (3): Displays if, and in which language
subtitles are available.
Picture Angle (4): In the event the DVD offers the opportu-
nity to choose different picture angles, the number of angles
and the default picture angle is displayed here.
1. Insert CD/DVD into CD/DVD-compartment
"Load CD/DVD".
. Press the "►" key (Fig. 3/10) on the remote control.
Note:
If the play does not start up or the play quality is poor, check
the default settings on the DVD-Players.
1. Press the "II" key (Fig. /4) on the remote control. The
playback is interrupted and the current image is frozen.
. Press the "►" key (Fig. 3/10) on the remote control, to
restart "normal" play.
Press the AUDIO key (Fig. /1) repeatedly to change the
audio-language. The available languages are dependent on
the DVD.
