Symptoms
By-pass valve

FAULT FINDING

Corrective action
Remove and clean the nozzle.
Contact service department.
Remove and clean front nozzle.
Remove and clean pressure nozzle.
Disconnect and clean Turbo Laser.
Clean/change the filter (see maintenance).
The leak may seal itself by continued usage.
Change gaskets (Service kit).
Fill up.
Clean detergent filter.
Open.
Empty and clean fuel tank (see maintenance) .
If the fuelsupply has been switched off ( at first time start or
if the fuel hoses have been taken out of the fuel tank) there
will beair in the fuel system when you start the machine.
Turn start/stop button clockwise clockwise to max. tempera
ture. after a few minutes the system has been bled and the
combustiion is back to normal. If the machine is equipped
with a flame control it might be necessary to rest the
start/stop button during air escape.
Check thermostat setting and make correction.
Turn on water.
Fill tank.
Clean fuel filter (see maintenance).
Empty and clean fuel tank (see maintenance).
Add fuel
The water tap fully open.
Clean fuel filter (see maintenance).
Check thermostat setting and reset.
Change phases in the electric plug.
Check thermostat setting and make correction.
Clean fuel filter (see maintenance).
Empty and clean fuel tank (see maintenance).
Add fue.
Check for leaks, tighten hose clamps.
Disconnect nozzle and clean it carefully.
Descale the machine according to maintenance.
Install new nozzle. Note type (see technical data).
Bleed out the cleaner. Open pressure regulating handle,
activate the pistol.
Let the machine run until stable pressure is reached.
Check thermostat setting and make correction.
Clean fuel filter (see maintenance).
