4.2 To Start Suctioning
1. Expert opinion suggestions for suction pressure:
Endotracheal/Tracheostomy Suction Pressure
Adult 100-120 mmHg
Child 80-100 mmHg
Infant 60-80 mmHg
Nasotracheal Suction Pressure
Adult 100-150 mmHg
Child 100-120 mmHg
Infant 80-100 mmHg
2. Suction time should be 15 seconds, and the interval between repeated suctions
should be more than 2 minutes.
3. If the suction procedure needs to be interrupted, turn the suction pressure to the
minimum level and press power switch to the "O" (OFF) position.
4. When the treatment is completed, press the power switch to the "O" (OFF) position
and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
5. Clean the suction pump and dispose of the sucked-out waste, and suction
accessories properly.
4.3 To Activate the VacPlus Electrical System
1. Before using the VacPlus (AC/DC type suction unit) for the first time, insert the safety
jack into the slot at the bottom of the device to turn on the electrical system.

Le procedure di sostituzione della batteria devono essere eseguite da personale
qualificato.
NOTA - La ricarica completa della batteria può richiedere fino a 5 ore a seconda
della capacità residua. Se l'unità non viene utilizzata per periodi
prolungati, la batteria deve essere ricaricata ogni mese. Una batteria
completamente carica garantisce un'autonomia di circa 40-60 minuti di
funzionamento continuo con livello di vuoto massimo (600 mmHg). L'unità
può essere lasciata in carica quando non viene utilizzata.
4.5 Per attivare VacPlus tramite telecomando
1. Oltre all'interruttore ON/OFF del dispositivo, VacPlus può essere attivato con il
telecomando.
2. Inserire il connettore del telecomando nel dispositivo.
3. Il telecomando funziona solo se l'interruttore del dispositivo è in posizione "O"
(OFF).
