Operating Environment Required for Installation
The host computer requires the following to operate the microP2 drive.
USB 3.0/USB 2.0 port: one or more
Up to two microP2 drives can be connected to one personal computer.
• Connect the USB connectors on the microP2 drives directly to the USB ports on
the personal computer. If the USB connectors on the microP2 drives are con-
nected to a USB hub, the P2 drives may not be recognized, the driver may not
be applied, and other problems may occur.
• If you connect a total of two drives, such as two microP2 drives or a microP2
drive and a P2 drive, to a Macintosh, set the volume label names of the microP2
cards so that they are not duplicated. If the volume label names are duplicated or
not set, "NO NAME" will be displayed.
