YSIV-EST/YSIH-EST MODELS
In order to remove the filter of YSIV-EST/YSIH-EST
models, operate as indicated for YSF-EST model; in this
case, there is no frontal panel (Fig. 4c).
Do not replace the filter on the unit until it is perfectly dry.

7.2.2 CLEANING THE COIL

Every year, verify that the fin pack is not clogged from dust or anything else that does not allow
the normal air flow; if necessary, use a jet of compressed air to clean the heat exchanger. To
prevent damage to the fins or the pipes on the heat exchanger, never use steel tools or sharp
objects to clean the spaces between the fins.

7.3 TROUBLESHOOTING

Here is a list of possible problems and malfunctions, their causes and the procedures that
you or the technician service must perform to correct the malfunction.
PROBLEM
The unit does not deliver air
The fan coil issues an anomalous noise

Lack on the power supply
Set - Point reached
In presence of WS (minimum water
temperature thermostat), hot water
temperature < 35°C, insufficient water
flow and/or temperature in coil, or dam-
aged water sensor (WS)
Burnt electric fan
The filter and/or the coil is clogged
Vibrations caused by a wrong installa-
tion and/or loose fixing screws
Unbalanced fan deck
SOLUTION
Verify the network voltage and/or the in-
tegrity of the fuse on the electronic card
of the control and the rightness of the
electrical connections
Check the control setting
Check the water temperature and water
flow on the coil and/or the correct work-
ing of the water sensor (WS)
Replace the damaged components
Clean the filter and/or the coil
Verify carefully and carry out the correc-
tive actions
Replace it
