Replace needle with O-ring and spring. Make sure that
the ends of the spring grip (only for the chisel) in the slots
provided.

Observe even chip removal. Avoid chattering. If the pen
stops at a «dead point» and will not start, it can be set go-
ing by gently tapping the stylus.

Even if the machine still operates perfectly, the
motor should be removed and cleaned by a spe-
cialist after approx. 300 to 400 operating hours.
