CLEANING AND CARE

• Do not use chemicals for cleaning.
• Turn off the power and unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.
• Before cleaning, be sure to unplug the appliance from the wall outlet to avoid the
risk of electric shock.
• If dust has accumulated on the outer surface, remove it with a soft cloth. In case of
heavy soiling, lukewarm water should be mixed with a neutral detergent and the
soiling removed with a damp cloth. Then let the unit dry in the air.
• It is strictly forbidden to use petrol, oil, thinner or similar substances for cleaning, as
this could damage the outer surface.
Cleaning the air filter and honeycomb filter
If too much dirt is deposited in the filter, the wind effect can be negatively affected.
Therefore, clean the air filter at least once a month.
1. First disconnect the mains plug from the socket.
2. First remove the air filter and then the honeycomb filter.
